RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY
Please carefully read the terms and conditions of our return policy below.
Do NOT return anything until you have completed a Returns Request Form.
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return or Exchange Policy
We understand that picking the right color might be a bit difficult when choosing from a computer screen, so we are happy to exchange your unopened Hair Extension or Synthetic Wigs for the right color within sixty (60) days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with.
All Styling tools are considered final sale items and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellations Policy
We understand that it is a very important undertaking to order a wig for your needs, and our cancellation policy was created with bearing this in mind. However, it is important to note that our wigs are made to order, and once the tailoring process has begun the materials cannot be reused.
The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time for you to change your mind. For further details, please refer to our cancellation policy below.
(1) Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be no fee taken.
(2) Orders canceled after 24 hours, or we have processing the producing, sorry to say that we will charge a 40% cancellation fee. This fee is to cover the wig as the material fee.
(3) Orders canceled after we have finished the producing, sorry to say that we will charge a 50% cancellation fee. This fee is to cover the wig as the material fee.
(4) Orders canceled after we have shipped to you, sorry to say that the order can't be cancelled.
To cancel your order send an email to service@willwigs.com stating your order number and reason for cancellation.
Please note that your order will automatically be cancelled if you do not pay within 2 hours.
May I return orders without contacting you
No. You must contact us prior to sending your return as our return address is different from the address we ship our hair extensions from.

If you wish to exchange your item(s) please follow our exchange policy.
Shipping cost for Return or Exchange
Refunds for any return exclude the initial shipping cost paid to ship your package, that shipping fee is non-refundable.
We recommend that you DO NOT use UPS to send your return as they charge very high brokerage fees to clear parcel, which we will not be responsible for.
Shipping
All products are free of shipping, and if you have an emergency, you need to pay an additional $40 to use fast shipping.
Please ensure your delivery details are correct as any undelivered orders will be returned at your cost.
We cannot refund any returns that are lost in transit.
RomaRoseWigs reserve the right not to supply to customers who repeatedly return orders.
